Trade show construction and technical management from BerlinOur name Servamus (lat. "We serve") says it all. We are committed service providers. Our work first and foremost oriented towards our clients, their brand and their project. We know there is a custom-made solution for every challenge. With this philosophy in mind, from our base in Berlin, we implement visions all over the world - focussed, reliable and with strong leadership.
Founded in 2006 by Michael Heldt and Michael Mathes, Servamus has earned a good reputation in the trade show construction industry in Berlin and throughout Germany. In 2019, Tabea Aulich took over the management duties from Michael Mathes. Heldt and Aulich both hold degrees in Event Technology and Management.
In addition to numerous well-known clients such as Garneau, Fynch Hatton, Samsung and Porsche, Servamus is the general contractor and trade show builder for the PANORAMA Trade show as part of Berlin Fashion Week, since 2014. With a total of 250 employees on site, we ensure that an impressive shopping world is created on approximately 40,000 square meters of indoor and outdoor exhibition space.
In addition to concept development, engineering planning and efficient organization, we also offer the implementation of trade shows and events worldwide. Our portfolio of services includes the production of decorative and display structures for individual exhibition stands. Placement and transfer of employees, secured by an official temporary employment agency, is also part of our services.
Over the years, we have built up a network of strong partners, with whose assistance we are able to quickly and efficiently satisfy the requirements of our clients. Our exhibition stand network includes designers, architects and engineers as well as printers, material suppliers and carpentry companies - all trades involved in trade show construction.
Our headquarters are located in Berlin-Rummelsburg since 2017. Our team is growing and we look forward to the new trends and challenges of the trade show and event industry, such as sustainability, virtual reality, smart technology, drone-assisted construction work and experiential marketing.
Never a dull moment!
